When a workplace complaint is made
Employers are largely obliged to investigate. The Courts
are setting an increasingly high benchmark for employment
related investigations. Importantly the person who conducts
the investigation must be able to act objectively without
bias or interest in the outcome. The investigation should
also be skilled.
Penny has significant experience in conducting employment
related investigations of all kinds but has particular
experience in relation to investigations of bullying/harassment.
Penny is able to identify and evaluate relevant documents,
conduct interviews and evaluate the information to either
corroborate or refute the allegations.
